robert balesRobert Bales, a sergeant in the U.S Army convicted of murdering 16 Afghans in 2012, had some erratic and violent behavior before the incident, according a report by U.S. Central Command released to the public on Tuesday.

The Pentagon report said the behavior “did not rise to the level of warnings or indicators” that he would murder civilians. Read more at the Washington Post.
