Two of America’s biggest food brands have announced a merger that will make them the world’s fifth-largest food and beverage company. Kraft Foods and Heinz are set to become the Kraft Heinz Co., with Heinz shareholders getting 51 percent of the new entity and Kraft shareholders getting the remainder.
The new organization is expected to generate $28 billion in revenue each year. Read more at Business Insider.
