Lakewood: 5 File to Run for Township Committee

Lakewood, NJ – Yesterday was deadline day for Lakewood Township Committee hopefuls. Committeemen Ray Coles and Steve Langert, a Democrat and a Republican respectively, filed to run for reelection.

Coles has served on the Committee since 2001, while Langert has served two three-year terms.

Moshe Raitzik will run on the Democratic line.

Mike D’Elia, a Lakewood fire commissioner, will run on the Republican ticket. He will be challenged by Joel Schwartz, a member of the Lakewood Board of Education and Zoning Board.

The primary will be held on June 3^rd.
