Reb Menashe and Reb Meir brought with them a personal letter written by Rav Aharon Leib Shteinman to the Kletzky family. Eli, who has developed a relationship with Reb meir-lichtenstein-menashe-millerMenashe and Reb Meir through the Lakewood-Bnei Brak sister cities alliance, handed the letter to the Lakewood askanim to bring to the Kletzky mishpacha.

The Yated met Mayor Miller Monday afternoon in Lakewood shortly after he returned from the Kletzky home.

“Obviously, this is a communal tragedy, one which we all feel deep in our hearts. We are all one family of Yidden and have taken this very hard,” said Reb Menashe, adding that the Lakewood representatives “were extremely inspired by the emunah and strength of Leiby’s father, Reb Nachman, in the face of such a difficult tragedy.”
