The most important tool that we have to fight the yetzer hara is the study of mussar. Having a daily mussar seder is a catalyst for staying focused on spiritual growth and character development. Rav Yisroel Salanter zatzal writes that just by accepting upon oneself to learn mussar, he is in the category of a repenter.
With that in mind, the Vaad L’Chizuk HaMussar was formed to create programs to aid in the daily study of mussar. As an incentive, everyone who completes the cycle of daily mussarstudy will be entered into a raffle to win 1 round trip ticket to Israel.
To be eligible you must learn at least 10 straight minutes of mussar every day, beginning by September 7th.
May this be a merit for us on the upcoming Yom HaDin.
