The coronavirus has killed Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade through Manhattan this year.

Instead, the famous retail store will stage a televised-only event in Herald Square — filming over two days, Macy’s said in a statement on its Web site Monday.

The number of participants, including performers and workers, is being cut to around 25 percent, Macy’s said.

There will still be the event’s famous massive balloons — although watching their popular inflation on the Upper West Side is a no-go this year.
