‘I’m actually frightened,’ says Morton Klein. This is surprising: Morton Klein is supposed to be fearless. He’s the president of the Zionist Organization of America, the largest conservative Jewish lobby group in the country. He’s an outspoken defender of Israel and the Jews. He’s a scourge of his enemies — and sometimes his friends too.
The Biden administration, Klein says, has made ‘the worst group of appointments to cabinet positions with respect to US-Israel relations ever’ and is ‘mainstreaming Jew-hatred’ at home. The goal, he contends, is to revive the Iran Deal despite the concerns of allies like Israel and Saudi Arabia, and radicalize the Democratic party through ‘Corbynization’.
So why aren’t the other major Jewish organizations also speaking out?
‘Let me tell you, I’ve been called by several Jewish leaders, demanding I stop criticizing Biden: “This is bad for the Jews. You’re getting [the administration] upset, you should not be doing this. So shut up!”’
‘I said to them, “Who the hell are you? Tell me?”’
‘You’ are most of the other 50 members in the Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations. Founded in 1956, the Conference is a big-tent, bipartisan umbrella group. But it’s no longer clear that Jewish Americans can tolerate each other in the tent when to comes to domestic politics, or that bipartisanship, the holy grail of political influence, still exists when it comes to Israel.

Biden was the Vice President during the Obama administration, which was not friendly toward Israel. That said, let’s give him a chance.
Bush 43 (a.k.a. “W”) was the scion of Bush 41, whose administration was also less-than-friendly toward Israel (remember the “Loan Guarantee” issue, with which they caused Shamir to be voted out of office?) When “W” then got Pat Buchanan, a known anti-semite, to join his team in the fight for Florida, I was even more concerned. As it turns out, my concerns were misplaced. “W” was one of the most pro-Israel presidents we ever had.
I am certainly concerned about the prominent anti-semites and pro-BDS members in today’s Democratic party, but Joe Biden (who I did not vote for) has a long record as a centrist. He deserves a fair chance as our country’s #1 before we decide we don’t like him. His willingness to rejoin the Iran deal, but only under stricter conditions than Obama’s, seems to demonstrate that he’s grounded in reality as opposed to pie-in-the-sky hoping and wishing the mad mullahs will suddenly sing “Kumbaya” with Israel.
Let’s hope and daven that his policies toward Israel continue in the path of the last four years.
Biden himself is anti-Israel as he was during NoBama’s administration. he only included some pro-Israel people on his staff ‘cuz he wants the Jewish vote. look at his approach to Iran the terrorist – making deals already with them. wouldn’t be surprised if a plane load of “stimulus” CASH is delivered there.
Nobody takes Klein seriously; he is just a far right propagandists. Biden has a decades long record of support for Israel and understands that the JCPOA got Iran to stop enriching uranium and that Trump allowed Iran to resume.
Hey Charlie,
The fact of the matter is that nobody takes you seriously. You ramble on every website about things you know very little about. Your have diarrhea of the mouth. Discontinue your stupid comments until you know what your talking about.
Don’t they see it’s all a live movie with fake actors as most people in his team are not around anymore? Biden, for instance, you have to be blind and stupid to believe this thing is the real Biden. Tucker Carlson mentioned a few months ago that the real one is not around anymore and so did President Trump several times during his rallies.
Home by the sea. Its nice. Go there or not. The clamor is just a rude skit of the pace of war.
Cape up America. It is better to study Torah than to forget you have a brother who does it with his eye away from the new “birthright” plan. Your birthright is your decree of strength for mother and father. Not a trip across the sea because the beans are better when you come home.
Where is the kosher? Well, what about Biden? I guess this is marginal to a care we complain about bias against the holy wellness. It will endure because we have Hashem’s care.
