Man Plows Van Into Crowd Of Diners In Germany, Killing At Least Two

At least three people were killed and twenty injured in the city of Muenster in northwest Germany on Saturday after a man plowed a van into a crowd of diners enjoying a balmy spring afternoon, authorities said.

Germany’s interior ministry said the dead included the driver, who shot himself inside the dark green van as it sat amid the mangled remains of an outside dining area in the medieval old city.
