The corporate owners of the Mandalay Bay casino filed suit against the victims of last year’s Las Vegas concert mass shooting, claiming it has no liability for the massacre, according to a published report on Monday.

MGM Resorts International went to federal courts in Nevada and California and took on more than 1,000 shooting victims, saying claims against the hotel giant “must be dismissed.”

Fifty eight people were killed in last year’s shooting and nearly 900 were injured. The suspect, Stephen Paddock, killed himself before he could be arrested. No motive has been discovered yet.

According to the  lawyer representing several victims, the hotel’s unusual action is a pre-emptive strike to get the cases heard in federal court instead of state court, claiming MGM must believe it has better chances of victory in a federal case.

“I’ve never seen a more outrageous thing, where they sue the victims in an effort to find a judge they like,” the lawyer continued. “It’s just really sad that they would stoop to this level.”

  1. These people who rented rooms HAVE to pay. Why? Because imagine anyone else who has a little bad experience claims that they don’t have to pay. The industry would go broke by 2021! Gevald people just pay up and be happy.

  2. Yes, it’s called victimizing the victim. My boss does it all the time.
Btw, why do you keep repeating the lie that “Paddock killed himself before he could be arrested”. HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT???! What evidence do you have? The corrupt government? James Comey? Andrew McCabe? Peter Strzok? Mike Rogers?

  3. Very keen business. Not for Israel mixing.

The gambler is shut out of much in the future. Watch as the low down on the low gets played. Hashems universe is not for the scoundrel.

Funny. Maybe we never see some again.

  4. Out of curiosity why would they be held accountable did they do something wrong unlike on 9/11 when terrorist weren’t properly screened and cannon board with weapons

      • They actually were screened. Boxcutters and small knives weren’t viewed as threats before those hijackings and were allowed onto the planes.

        • Can you please explain to me how those alleged passengers on flight 93 were all able to make cell-phone calls to their loved ones?! Have you EVER had cell-phone reception while the plane was in flight?! Where did they come up with that ridiculous “let’s roll” battle cry?! Are Americans that brainwashed? Is that what CBS fed the average schlub sheeple on television?
