
It is with gratitude to Hakadosh Boruch Hu that Matzav.com reports that Maran Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky, rosh yeshiva of Philadelphia Yeshiva, has been discharged from in-patient care.
Upon his release, the rosh yeshiva first visited the yeshiva bais medrash, where he was greeted with great joy. The rosh yeshiva expressed his deep appreciation for the continuous tefillos on his behalf and humbly requested that these tefillos continue for his complete and speedy recovery.
The yeshiva’s released a message that read as follows:
With tremendous שבח והודאה to the רבש”ע we are pleased to inform the עולם that the Rosh Yeshiva מורינו הרב שמואל ,שליט”א was released from inpatient care earlier today. The Rosh Yeshiva made his first stop in the bais medrash, where he was greeted by an outpouring of heartfelt joy by the entirety of the yeshiva. The Rosh Yeshiva expressed his appreciation for everyone’s continued tefillos on his behalf and requested that these tefillos continue that he have a total רפואה שלמה. As the vast majority of the Rosh Yeshiva’s time will be spent convalescing with further intensive physical therapy at home, the עולם is urged to allow the Rosh Yeshiva his privacy.
