Marco Rubio is projected to win Puerto Rico’s Republican primary.
A total of 23 delegates are at stake, if Rubio gets more than half the votes, he would get all the delegates. If not, they will be split proportionally.
This is the Florida senator’s second win after he won the Minnesota caucuses on Super Tuesday.
Even though they caucus, Puerto Ricans do not vote in the November elections.
