Mark Carney, who previously led the central banks of both the UK and Canada, is set to take over from Justin Trudeau as the Prime Minister of Canada.

At 59 years old, Carney was declared the victor in the Liberal Party leadership race on Sunday, making him the first person in Canadian history to become prime minister without winning an election.

Carney’s win followed a heartfelt farewell speech by Trudeau, who tearfully expressed the party’s duty to maintain Canada’s standing as “the best country on earth.”

“Don’t get me wrong, I’m … proud of what we’ve done over these past 10 years, but tonight is about our future as a party, as a country,” Trudeau remarked before stepping down.

  1. Mark Carney, another far left globalist loony. Without a vote? On the $20 Cdn he’s marked as Governor of Bank of Canada.

    • He’s not garbage. He has a family and works. Not sure why this site allows stuff that can hurt all askonus and K”Y. And of course I don’t support him, but this is not ok.

    • He’s a WEF nutcase, a climate crisis maniac and will be pushing for the NWO. They kicked him out of the UK after almost bankrupting the country on purpose when he was the CEO of the banks.

  2. Stupid Canadians,eh?
They rally around the government because of the tariff right. 25%, right?
Meanwhile these same Liberals are going to increase the carbon tax by 23% on April 1

On top of that the tariffs will be actually better for the blue collar Canadian as well.
As it will finally weaken the sad domination of the big MNCs ( Jewish ties inclusive)

Problem is the avg.canadian has been for so long under the thumb of those same Cs, they Stockholm Syndrome parrot their tormentors. Even though against their own wellbeing
