Rahm Emanuel is son of the devil’s spawn, Rep. Eric Massa (D-NY) has said. “He is an individual who would sell his mother to get a vote. He would strap his children to the front end of a steam locomotive.”
Massa on Sunday revealed that his resignation was ultimately the fault of Democratic leaders in search of health care votes. Massa was one of 39 Democrats in the House to vote against health care reform the first time the House voted on it. Democratic leaders are now negotiating with all of their House members to round up enough votes to pass the Senate bill.
“Mine is now the deciding vote on the health care bill and this administration and this House leadership have said, quote-unquote, they will stop at nothing to pass this health care bill, and now they’ve gotten rid of me and it will pass. You connect the dots,” Massa said on a radio show Sunday, Roll Call reports.
Massa announced Friday he would resign today after it was revealed the House ethics committee is investigating charges he harassed a staff member.
Massa also on a recent edition of his radio show blasted White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel for pressuring him to vote in favor of the president’s agenda.

“He’s hated me since day one, and now he wins. He’ll get rid of me, and this bill will pass.”

This is rather shocking, why is the president the official leader of the free world allowed to dictate and control our lives like this I mean? to say I will with the help of my cronies pass this health bill regardless of the flaws in it and his tactics of firing anybody in his way is just sickening it is downright dictatorship and should not be tolerated for if we sit in silence the gzeris will harshen. I mean its klur that we need a health care plan out there but not with all the conditions obama is putting forth.
This guy sounds a little over the top. He obviously hates Emanuel for whatever reason, and like so many people nowadays, he just says whatever sounds extreme. The “rant” has triumphed.
It could also be that he’s looking for an excuse for getting called on the carpet. Perhaps he’s just trying to put up a smoke screen.
