Parents of ill children were given a special and much-needed day off on Isru Chag as Misameach hosted an exciting event at Skyzone in Lakewood, NJ, for their children.
Over 300 children had a blast at the event, which was sponsored in part by Skyzone.
Turx and Rabbi Yoel Ferber provided entertainment, spreading smiles and laughs as the children jumped and enjoyed a delicious hot lunch. Exciting prizes were raffled off. One grand prize winner won the chance to select any toy or gift from the Misameach Family Center toy room. Every child left with a bag full of gifts and goodies, along with happy memories.
In addition to this event, Misameach’s Family Center remained open and active throughout the entire busy Yom Tov season, providing dozens of families with a happy outlet and entertainment on Erev Yom Tov, Chol Hamoed and other vacation days.
