Mishnah Berurah Found at Scene of Accident That Claimed Life of Habochur Pinchas Weiss z”l

The tragic death of habochur Pinchas Weiss z”l, a talmid of Yeshivas Ner Zerach, today in Moshav Otzem in Israel’s South, plunged the community into mourning.

The accident took place as Pinchas was on his way back from a test that he took as part of ‘Dirshu,’ while Pinchas had a Dirshu Mishnah Berurah on his lap, attesting to his being a bnei aliyah who labored in Torah and aspired for Torah greatness.

At the scene of the accident, when volunteers and members of the yeshiva worked to clear the blood from the road, the Mishnah Berurah belonging to Pinchas was discovered, remaining as a remnant of the tragic event.
