When 28-year-old Etty from Lakewood returned to work after her second child was born, she knew something had to change.
“I was working in accounts payable in a nursing home but it was so boring and draining. I had so many strengths I wasn’t using. I wanted a fulfilling, well-paying job that would challenge my whole brain,” recalls Etty.” “If I was going to spend 6 hours of my day at work, I needed to enjoy it.”
