  2. May Hashem bestow comfort upon this family together with those who mourn Tzion and Yerushalayim.

It’s difficult to say this, but nevertheless I think it must be said. The unbelievable tragedy that befell us with the senseless and brutal murder of Leiby z”l is unfortunately, overshadowing a terrible malady that is silently rampaging among us with seemingly very little notice if at all. The terrible toll exacted by “Traffic Accidents” has long stopped from unnerving us to think of what needs to be done to stop this terrible affliction. This woman’s life was cut short by an “accident” r”l, and no one seems to feel the need to add any comment. How sad.

  3. Mrs. Suri Crawford was loved by her family and many friends. Suri was a member of the Park Slope Volunteer Ambulance Corps where she dedicated significant time and personal resources to help others during their greatest time of need. Mrs. Crawford will be missed by so many people. A great mother and friend. This is a tragedy beyond words that I can express. Please say a prayer for Suri and her family. We all must do what we can to be supportive.

  6. I am very saddened by the passing of Suri, a co-worker. She was a wonderful, giving, loving friend. She will be surely missed. My heartfelt condolences to her family. May she rest in peace with her beloved husband.

  7. Suri was assigned to be my rep. at NY Dept. of Labor. We met in January and spoke a few times. Because I am alum at NYU, she mentioned that her husband worked at NYU. I was going to call her today for the first time in six months to discuss my challenge in finding work. I’m saddened by the loss that has impacted her family.
