Harel Hershtik, 46, a man recently released from prison after serving 25 years of a 30-year murder sentence, spent his jail time completing doctorates in chemistry and math.
He also developed the Scentech Medical company behind bars, a company that claims to have developed a breathalyzer test that works for Covid and may one day diagnose any disease including cancer.
His company is merging with NextGen BioMed, a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
