Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu took part Monday morning in a Knesset meeting, organized by MK Meirav Michaeli (Labor) marking the 25th anniversary of Israel’s peace treaty with the Kingdom of Jordan to discuss the Jewish State’s relationship with its Arab neighbors.

Turning to the failure to achieve a final status agreement with the Palestinian Authority, Netanyahu said the Palestinian Arab population was too internally divided, as well as hostile towards Israel.

“Why isn’t there peace with the Palestinians? I look at Abu Mazen (Mahmoud Abbas) and ask: ‘What about you?’ They aren’t ready to accept us. Half of the [Palestinian] people back Hamas and want to annihilate us, and the other half don’t want to fight with the first half, while itself suffering from internal conflicts.”

  1. Maybe it’s because Israel was meant to be a JEWISH country and you’re trying to mimic the non-Jewish countries worldwide? If so, what right do you have chasing the Arabs out if it’s not a Torah country? Have you forgotten what Germany did to us because we tried to act like the Germans or be better than them?

    • And maybe it’s not.

If you are not a Navi then don’t make such suggestions.

Maybe it is because of YOUR aveiros and not the aveiros of Tinokos Shnishbu

Rav Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld despite his vehement opposition to Tzionis would tell the people who blamed “The Tzionim” for everything that is way more likely to be your fault than the fault of a Tinok Shenisba.
