Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, just off his “allegedly eating treif scandal,” said he could add Shas and Yahadus Hatorah to his governing coalition, but Yisrael Beytenu head Avigdor Lieberman has rejected them.
Netanyahu made the remark in an interview with Israeli Channel 2’s Amit Segal.
“I want a stable government and it is wrong to go to elections,” he said. “If the coalition continues, that would be good, but if problems continue, of course we will go to elections. I have always been in favor of widening the coalition.”
