Netanyahu: ‘There Can Be No Going Back To The Previous Iran Nuclear Deal’

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Sunday that “there can be no going back to the previous nuclear agreement” with Iran, alluding to the incoming Biden administration.

During a memorial service for Israel’s first Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion and wife, Paula, Netanyahu insisted that the international community should “maintain an uncompromising policy to ensure that Iran does not develop nuclear weapons.”

The Israeli premier’s remarks come amid talks that presumptive President-elect Joe Biden will likely rejoin the Iranian nuclear deal with world powers soon after taking office on January 20.
