Number One in Patient Satisfaction – for 5th consecutive year
Every year, Israel’s Health Ministry conducts a Patient Satisfaction survey among all the country’s hospitals. The very latest results published in February 2019, show that once again, Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center has topped the table with a satisfaction score of 85%.
Expressing his delight that the hospital has been voted #1 in patient satisfaction for the 5th consecutive year, CEO Shlomo Rothschild said: “From the day we opened, we have striven to offer a patient experience that is second to none. I want to congratulate our entire staff for once more succeeding in fulfilling this goal.”
Chaim Fachler, head of PR at Mayanei Hayeshua, noted with pride that the hospital’s excellent level of service is maintained even as the ongoing ambitious expansion programme means that Mayanei is now catering to the medical needs of more than 250,000 residents in the Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan, Givataim, petach Tikva and Givat Shmuel region.
