The White House has released a new photograph of President Donald Trump working from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where he is continuing treatment after being diagnosed with COVID-19 late last week.
The photograph, released on Sunday, shows Trump at a conference room table at the hospital, showing him sitting near a telephone. The White House said the photo was taken after Trump took calls from Vice President Mike Pence, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley, reports Fox News. Chief of Staff Mark Meadows was also in the room when the photo was taken, according to its caption.
Trump has been pushing an image of strength since being taken by helicopter to Walter Reed.
