A brand new Channel 12 report has revealed new insights into the scale and complexity of the October 7th massacre. According to the findings, Hamas launched an invasion into Israeli territory with roughly 6,000 fighters, carrying out three major waves of attacks and making at least 114 breaches along the Gaza border. The assault involved a wide array of weaponry, including boats, drones, missiles, and ground invasions.
The attack unfolded in three major waves, during which Hamas militants attempted to seize control of various areas in southern Israel. Approximately 6,000 militants infiltrated Israeli territory, operating in coordinated groups and utilizing advanced technological tools. The investigation reports that around 1,400 militants were killed, primarily in airstrikes, and about 200 were captured.
The invasion was carried out using various vehicles, including boats that targeted Israeli shores. Forty Hamas fighters in five boats infiltrated from the sea, with two of the boats being intercepted by the Israeli Navy. Three boats reached the Zikim shore and launched their assault, shortly followed by eight paragliders, each carrying one rider, flying over the Gaza border. One paraglider crashed into Gaza, while the others continued their attack across the region. Additionally, four other paragliders crossed from central Gaza to Kfar Aza to join the offensive.
As part of the assault, Hamas launched around 30 drones, which dropped bombs to disable the IDF’s remote-controlled machine gun turrets. In addition, approximately 4,500 rockets and mortars were fired at Israel, targeting two key areas: military outposts in Gaza and several air bases, including Nevatim, Ramon, Palmahim, and Hatzor.
Hamas had a well-organized plan for the ground invasion. In the first two waves, they took control of major roads, and in the third wave, the elite Hamas Nukhba force company moved in 10 vehicles toward the Tel Nof airbase, aiming to capture it. However, the Israeli military, using a UAV, eliminated the force before they could reach their target. A map of the base was found next to one of the militants’ bodies.
The ground assaults were primarily managed by Hamas’ junior command, which included 15 company commanders and several deputy battalion commanders. No battalion leader crossed the border; instead, the ground operations were led by lower-ranking officers. The senior command and mid-level leaders of Hamas coordinated the operation from the Gaza Strip.
The Nusirat battalion, responsible for attacking from the most locations, carried out the massacre at the Nova party and Kibbutz Be’eri. This battalion is known as one of Hamas’ most notorious units, and its attacks resulted in numerous fatalities and injuries.

It’s equally important to recall that Hamas were far from the only terrorists terrorizing people that day.
The Mujahadeen Battalion also took hostages and murdered that day, along with members of other official terror orgs – and of course, “civilian” preteens, women, and elderly men.
Unfortunately, the media gives the impression that Hamas is the problem in Gaza, leading to the false belief that “if only Hamas would be eradicated, then we could find a way to improve the situation.”
The Gazans are all terrorists, many according to clan affiliation. Just take the example of Gaza City alone: The Hilas clan affiliates with Fatah, the Dughmush clan affiliates with Army of Islam (which kidnapped Gilad Shalit), the Dachduch clan affiliates with Islamic Jihad, etc.
Soldiers in Gaza say every single house they entered held weapons. Didn’t matter where or who.
In Rafah, not sure if they affiliate with a particular terrorist org, but the Sha’ar clan and Kashatah clan hold power over the area and operate as criminal gangs immersed in trafficking drugs, weapons, and human beings.
