I don’t trust this report. I live in a HOA and my taxes are $8000. Most people I know living in Lakewood pay over $10,000.

If a person doesn’t abandon his Rav and Kehilla in Brooklyn and move to Lakewood before he die’s, he will not get into olam haba.
Is this an average of all homes in the town or only the ones that pay tax? Lkwd probably has the highest percentage of exempt properties in the state.
Don’t know what they are talking about. My house is assessed at around $400k and I over $9k in taxes. I live in an older home in Lakewood. The newer homes are even more. This average tax amount is false.
