New Snowstorm Hits Northeast

snow2In the wake of the great blizzard of Friday, a new storm has dumped snow on the southern United States and launched blizzard warnings across New England, where it is expected to drop as much as six more inches.

The storm that hit the Northeast on Friday left 22.5 inches of snow in Pennsylvania, and 27 inches in parts of upstate New York. The mix of snow, rain and sleet grounded 7,100 flights on Thursday and 2,100 on Friday, the worst record of of winter airline cancellations on record. Read more at NBC News.
