Rabbi Nechemiah Malinowitz of the Igud and Eretz Hakodesh has informed Matzav.com that as of now, entry permits to Israel are no longer being issued to student visa holders.

This important news, which has significant ramifications, comes after a number of fake entry permits were discovered by officials, who have now put a halt to the issuance of all new entry permits.

It is not clear what the exact numbers of the fallacious permits are, but there seem to be quite a number of them being sold on the “black market” to non-students who have used them to gain entry to the Holy Land, leading to today’s prompt decision by the authorities to stop issuing any new cards.

It is not clear how this decision will impact foreign students currently in Israel who leave and wish to reenter, but it is believed that those with legitimate permits will still be permitted entry. We are told, however, that officials will be paying close scrutiny to all student visa holders using entry permits to go into Israel at this time.

  1. I think that Biden should stop immediately all Israeli’s that have US Visas from entering US, and that is the only way Israel would learn that it is a two way street!

Israel should stop making it a pain for current visa holders to enter Israel!
