North Korea Fires Missile Toward Japan

North Korea fired at least one ballistic missile toward Japan early Friday morning, local time, South Korean news agency Yonhap reports. The missile reportedly passed over Japan without striking the country, and landed approximately 1,200 miles east of the coast, Japanese news agency NHK reports.
Japan’s government advised people to take shelter, and continued to warn of potential debris after the missile passed. Read more at YONHAP.
