After the Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 decision that the use of race as a factor in admissions for college is a violation of the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, President Biden held a quick presser to voice his disagreement with the decision; “this is not a normal court,” Joe said.
Watch the clip below:
Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion, saying “A benefit to a student who overcame racial discrimination, for example, must be tied to that student’s courage and determination. In other words, the student must be treated based on his or her experiences as an individual — not on the basis of race.”
“Many universities have for too long done just the opposite,” Roberts continued. “And in doing so, they have concluded, wrongly, that the touchstone of an individual’s identity is not challenges bested, skills built, or lessons learned but the color of their skin. Our constitutional history does not tolerate that choice.”
Well, Joe. YOU’RE not a normal dignified leader. You react like an immature child. You’re a disgrace.
This is a great decision. Biden is tied into his culture of laziness and stopped dignity.
So glad.
“Biden held a quick presser to voice his disagreement with the decision; “this is not a normal court,” Joe said.
“Today, the court once again walked away from decades of precedent,” Biden said. “I strongly, strongly disagree with the court’s decision.”
Biden, you wicked, phony, evil hypocrite. You pose as a guardian of tradition??? Who do you think you are fooling?
You threw away millennia of precedent and tradition and Biblical bedrock morality a few years ago, when you endorsed Sodomite toeivah “marriage” as VP, and continued it recently when you flew a toeivah flag at the White House.
Stop the scam, impeach phony Joe.
Hmm, I thought the White House disapproves judicial reform?
“Affirmative action” gives to one group by taking from others. Its implementation was well-meaning and perhaps justifiable many years ago, but this de facto discrimination against Asians and whites can’t continue into perpetuity.
I hear you
