The state Assembly is wrapping up its probe of Gov. Andrew Cuomo and could draft articles of impeachment by the end of the month, sources familiar with the matter said Wednesday.
The timetable on the Assembly Judiciary Committee’s impeachment investigation of Cuomo comes a day after a withering report by state Attorney General Letitia James found that the three-term governor used his office to sexually harass female underlings half his age and broke state and federal laws.
The Assembly Judiciary Committee will issue its report and recommendation — all but certainly to impeach Cuomo — and then the full Assembly would immediately go back into session and vote on the articles of impeachment.

Cuomo is a Rosha and a mamzer aside from being a terrible governor. Even so you can’t impeach someone on the basis of unproven allegations. Yes, I know there are pictures. There are pictures of Biden doing the same thing.

1:18, you claim “can’t impeach someone on basic of unproven allegations”. You are wrong. A high-level executive-branch official, such as a President or a governor, usually has legal protections from being prosecuted. As such, he can never be charged and can never be proven guilty in a court of law – which is a place where allegations are proven, while he is still in power. That is until he is impeached, after which he can be charged criminally. Hence, any impeachment, by definition, always takes place before any allegations are proven in a court of law. The impeachment process itself is supposed to somewhat mimick a jury trial in a court of law. Granted, a governor doesn’t have as many legal protections as a president, but the essence of an impeachment process is the same.
