Alternate side parking street cleaning regulations in the five boroughs of New York City will be suspended tomorrow, the first day of Rosh Hashanah, through Monday, Tzom Gedaliah. All other regulations, including parking meter rules, remain in effect tomorrow and Monday. Alternate side parking rules and parking meter regulations are not in effect on Sunday.
