Rep. Rashida Tlaib, one of a group of outspoken progressives in the House Democratic freshman class, shared a photo of her first meeting with President Obama, saying Thursday the former commander in chief offered some words of praise.

Obama “met with us new members of Congress and we had a thoughtful discussion about serving our country,” Tlaib wrote on Twitter Thursday. “The best part was when he looked straight at me and said, ‘I’m proud of you.'”

Tlaib is one of a few Democratic lawmakers who has openly criticized the Israeli government’s treatment of Palestinians in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and she’s defended fellow freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) in the wake of accusations of anti-Semitism.

  1. Of course he is. He has to answer to the Iranian mullahs
He can go with jimmy carter someplace really warm and hot for a permanent vacation stay

    • Hey Hogwash, this article is about Tlaib’s twit dated March 29 2019. So not only President Hussein is still around, but, even worse, hordes of idiots who elected him are still around.

      • Haven’t you realized yet that since Jan 2019 old news has been recycled with new dates and their reports restructured for many political criminals who are not around? You can find the exact same stuff with an earlier date. In the beginning they copied word for word which was easy to find at an earlier date. Now they modify the wordings to fool the gullible.

  2. Obama and that wife of his are takers. They’ve never done or given anything to better anyone else’s life. They are selfish narcissistic people. Gold diggers of the worst kind.

  3. (Breitbart) – Wall Street Journal assistant editor James Freeman and Sen. Rand Paul are on the same page: the Mueller report confirms it is now time for the Obama administration to account for its flagrant abuse of the surveillance powers of the federal government.
While Democrats and other members of the “Resistance” flail about in the wake of news the Robert Mueller investigation did not find evidence that President Donald Trump’s campaign “conspired or coordinated” with the Russian government during the 2016 presidential election, Freeman observed Monday the report confirms it is former President Barack Obama who “owes the country an explanation” for his administration’s “historic abuse of government surveillance powers.”
