Obama’s Former Chief of Staff Already Eyeing 2028 Presidential Run

The 2028 general election is still 1,336 days away, but that has not stopped Rahm Emanuel from reportedly plotting a White House run. The former Chicago mayor, who was also Barack Obama’s first chief of staff and a Democratic congressman for six years, told Politico he is gearing up to replace President Donald Trump once he is termed out.
