Israel’s domestic security agency Shin Bet announced Wednesday the arrest of 50 Palestinian terror suspects in the West Bank, three of which are believed to have perpetrated the murder of seventeen-year-old Israeli Rina Shnerb in August, 2019.
The suspects belong to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PLFP) terror organization and have plotted to carry out “severe terror attacks,” the Shin Bet said in a statement.
A combined force of the Shin Bet, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli police exposed a wide PLFP terror infrastructure in the West Bank, the statement read. The security forces’ investigation found that the terror members had conducted numerous shooting attacks in the past and planned to commit significant attacks in the near future.
