The Palestinian Authority (PA) on Friday filed a case with the Hague-based International Court of Justice, asking its judges to order Washington to remove the recently relocated US embassy from Yerushalayim, The Associated Press reported.

The court said that the PA’s case asks its judges “to order the United States of America to withdraw the diplomatic mission from the Holy City of Yerushalayim.”

Cases at the court can take years to complete. Its decisions are final and legally binding, but are not always adhered to. No date was immediately set for hearings.

  1. The U.S. will adhere to the Hague’s ruling with the same alacrity as the P.A. adheres to their rulings. Making a mockery out of the court and out of the law.

  2. Great Trump effect.
