Neither former President Barack Obama nor President Donald Trump are on the invite list for Prince Harry’s royal wedding next month, Kensington Palace announced today.
No British or foreign political leaders have been invited to the prince’s wedding to Meghan Markle—Harry is not a direct heir to the throne, so there is no formal guest list, a palace spokesman said. Harry and Markle will tie the knot at St. George’s Chapel on May 19, a much smaller venue than the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding at Westminster Abbey seven years ago.
A royal biographer told the Daily Mail the 600-person guest list will “avoid upsetting diplomatic ties with the U.S.” as many speculated Barack and Michelle Obama would get an invite to the nuptials and Donald and Melania Trump would not. Read more at THE DAILY MAIL.

  1. Harry’s marriage is to be a morganatic one, precluding himself and any of his descendants therefrom from the throne. As such, the wedding, while of a Queen’s grandson, shall not be a royal wedding. It’s OK to miss this one, and I am not going either.

  2. The queen of England is a queen as much as Melania Trump is. Please !!! She has no power it shouldn’t mean anything to anyone.
On the other hand, every single yid has the status of being a ben melech, imagine how much more so we should treat each other with respect and love.
