    • look in the sefer ashkevta dbie Rebbe, by R’ Berel Rivkin of the RY in Torah Vadas, he explains ‘the wall was built with a buffer around the kever, so that should a kohen lean over, he isn’t leaning over the kover.

  1. I think it is mutter for a kohen to daven at a kever of a tzaddik. At the ohel there is a path that separates it from the rest of the cemetery.
