Very frustrating. One rain and the whole city – nay, the whole country – gets flooded. Why don’t the Israelis consult with other countries who successfully deal with this, and treat with the problem the way they do? I can give them one tip already now, but no one’s listening.

They have rain all winter, and it is dealt with properly. This was an unusual storm.
