On Thursday, a kinnus was held at Fountain Ballroom in Lakewood to benefit Keren Kiruv Yaldei Yisroel of Chinuch Atzmai in Israel, which pays for the transportation to yeshivos of thousands of children in Israel.
The program featured divrei bracha from Rav Aryeh Malkiel Kotler, rosh yeshiva of Bais Medrash Govoah. Rav Yisroel Hager, Vizhnitzer Rebbe of Bnei Brak, spoke, as did Rav Shmuel Yaakov Borenstein, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva Kiryas Melech in Bnei Brak.
The event was also attended by Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky, rosh yeshiva of Philadelphia Yeshiva.
