A Jewish man is one of the many reported missing after a 7.1-magnitude earthquake struck central Mexico on Tuesday.
Everyone is asked to daven for Chaim ben Emilia, who was last seen in his office building which collapsed in during the earthquake.
Coming less than two weeks after a deadly temblor off the country’s Pacific coast, and just hours after a siren signaled an annual earthquake drill in the capital, Tuesday’s quake shook the ground with terrifying force, buckling walls and sending panicked residents fleeing into the streets. There were reports of fires and gas leaks.
The tremors caused buildings to collapse and killed at least 195 people on the anniversary of a 1985 quake that devastated Mexico City.

Do we really have to hear a goyta shouting, “oh my god”?
she said oh my gosh (if that makes any difference to you)
No she didn’t. She said oh my god. Check your hearing.
We should Daven for all victims. We are allowed to have empathy and to be nice to our fellow Human Being even when were not aiming for a Kiddush Hashem.
Erev rosh hashana of course you have to hear a goy shouting oh my god. It should shake you up!
