Israeli police are continuing to search for the two terrorists who killed three Yidden and severely hurt some others in Elad last night.
The working assumption is that they are in the Elad area, so there are hundreds of security forces personnel who are there.
Israel Police central district commander Avi Bitton said that Israeli forces arrested Emad Subhi Abu Shqeir, father of one of the alleged Elad terrorists.
As’ad al-Rifa’i is one of the suspected terrorists. “All I know is that my son went to go work with his friend Subhi in Ramallah. That’s it, nothing more,” his father, Yousef al-Rifa’I, said.
