The Israel Police announced that an internal investigation has been launched after an incident in which a police officer was caught on video stomping on the head of a chareidi demonstrator during a protest. Authorities stated that the officer “likely” acted improperly during the confrontation.

The altercation happened yesterday at a protest against the drafting of chareidi men into the military, where participants blocked sections of Highway 4 in central Israel, causing significant disruptions.

In video footage from the scene, a border policewoman is seen forcefully kicking a protester who was lying on the ground, before stepping over him and walking away.

According to a statement released by the police, cited by Channel 12 news, “The video shows a border cop during a protest in Bnei Brak that was declared illegal and against which a dispersal order had been issued. Her action, as seen in the clip, likely deviates from the values and protocols of the organization. Accordingly, the incident has been handed to the authorized officials for examination.”

  1. This is what chareidim would act like, after joining the secular in the army. This photo must be posted all over Israel and the US. Let the world see whom the chareidim are dealing with.

Let him try stomping on the head of a leftist and we’ll see where it’ll get him.

  2. Is this rasha a woman? Not only should she/he be behind bars, so should the officers watcher her/him.

Could anyone still deny that the Brisker Rov was right – that the Zionist are apt to nuke them all. He refused to allow his talmidim to protest because, he said, “The Zionists are choshud of shfichas domim. They can’t be trusted.”
