corzine-christie-daggettA new poll finds the New Jersey governor’s race too close to call. The Fairleigh Dickinson-PublicMind Poll out today has Gov. Jon Corzine favored by 44 percent of likely voters, GOP challenger Chris Christie at 43 percent and independent Chris Daggett at 6 percent. Four percent said they are undecided.

The results mirror an Oct. 6 FDU poll.

Poll director Peter Woolley says the results indicate voters are dissatisfied with Corzine but not convinced that Christie could do better.

The election is Tuesday.

The telephone poll of 694 likely voters was taken Oct. 22-28 and has a sampling error margin of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

  1. We the frum people of Lakewood have an oppertunity of a lifetime. This race is so close we could be the deciding factor. Lets stop and think. 1- Corzine is pro Toeiva marriage! Christie is not Corzine highered our property taxes Christie promised to lower them. We need this money the property taxes in Lakewood are exorbitant! Corzine is against school vouchers, Christie is pro school vouchers this alone can mean millions and millions of dollars to our Mosdos Hatorah! Why should I pay property taxes only for the Bi Lingual community in Lakewood, here illegally? I want vouchers for Yeshivos! Lastly this is Obamas race! Lets send a strong message to the most anti Eretz Yisroel president ever that he is NOT invincable! Join the Benei Torah In voting Christie for Gov.
