Prosecutor: Nice Truck Attacker Plotted for Months

French prosecutors said today that the driver who killed at least 84 people and injured hundreds more in Nice, France on Bastille Day had plotted the attack for months. At least five suspects are in custody and face preliminary charges related to the attack, said Prosecutor Francois Molins.

Driver Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel died the night he carried out the attack. He had been studying how to plan out an attack since 2015, according to information on his phone, Molins said. Read more.
