Russian President Vladimir Putin inherited a two-and-a-half-room apartment in downtown Tel Aviv, Ynet reported.

It was bequeathed to him by his former high school German teacher, Mina Yuditskaya Berliner, who died last year at the age of 96.

Putin bought her the apartment in 2005 after the two reunited in 2005 when he was visiting Israel.

  1. Mr. Putin can now stay in Tel Aviv for his vacation. There’s even plenty of treif food around to please him and half the population in Tel Aviv speaks Ruskie. The Vodka may not be as good as in Russia.
