Putin: President Trump Is ‘Not My Bride’

Russian President Vladimir Putin still has hope for improving relations with the United States under the leadership of President Trump, he said Tuesday. But Putin took issue with questions from reporters asking whether he was disappointed in the American president, calling it “naive” to ask.

“He’s not my bride, and I’m also not his bride or groom,” he said at the BRICs summit in Xiamen, China.
