It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the petirah of R’ Chaim Yitzchok Dachs z”l, who was niftar on Shabbos Parshas Bamidbar, leaving behind a grieving family and countless friends and admirers who cherished his warmth, kindness, and genuine care for others.
R’ Chaim Yitzchok was the son of Reb and Mrs. Dovid Dachs and was widely known as a wonderful, caring individual whose pleasant demeanor and heartfelt concern for people touched many lives. Whether among family, friends, or acquaintances, he had a unique ability to make others feel valued and welcomed.
He is survived by his children: noted singer Mr. Shloime Dachs, Mrs. Faige Greenberger, and Rabbi Abish Dachs, along with many relatives and friends who are mourning his passing.
The levayah will take place on Sunday, May 17, at 11:00 a.m. at Shomrei Hadas Chapels, located at 3803 14th Avenue in Brooklyn.
The family will be sitting shivah at 971 East 24th Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
