[Levaya info below.] It is with great sadness that we report the tragic passing of Rabbi Dovid Frost z”l of Lakewood, NJ, who was niftar a short while ago after succumbing to injuries he suffered following a terrible car accident last week.
Rabbi Frost, his wife Devorah and their family had spent the first Shabbos Chanukah in Hunter, NY, and was returning to Lakewood when the accident occurred in Upstate, NY. He and his wife and children had been taken to nearby hospitals to be treated. R’ Dovid underwent knee surgery, but various resulting complications required further medical intervention. His condition deteriorated and his neshama returned to its Creator today.
R’ Dovid was 37.
Levaya details will be posted when they are finalized.
R’ Dovid is survived by his wife, Mrs. Devorah Frost, and six children.
Umacha Hashem dimah mei’al kol ponim.

The niftar is a nephew of Rav Matisyohu Solomon, mashgiach at BMG
IS this frost from negbah or east 8th street?
The accident was last Sunday morning.
R’ Dovid was an ish choshuv, a yorei Shomayim, an ehrliche yungerman. What a tragedy.
We are heartbroken beyond words.
Devorah, Hashem should give you the strength to deal with this. We are all hear with you. May you only have strength and bracha and be able to face this nisayon.

No more tzaros!
What exactly happened? how did the accident happen?
Ad mosai?! An alamana and six kids. and one kid still in the hospital. Ad mosai?!
When did the accident take place. How come I didn’;t hear about it?
The family lives in Negbah Street.
He was given anesthesia for the knee operation, from which he never woke up
why did they go to hospitals upstate? COuldn’t they have been flown to normal hospitals?
I once had a finger snapped back into place in harris Hospital and they ruined my finger. the upstate hospitals are terrible.
WHo said it was the hospital’s fault? Don’t jump to conclusions.

r’ dovid was a special young man. this is a terrible loss.
umacha hashem.
Anyone have info on his parents, inlaws etc.?
where did he learn before Lakewood?
It wasn’t the anesthesia. It’s the senseless Hatred posted on these websites
Rav Dovid was from the most chashuv yungeleit in BMG. A sweet, soft-spoken person. He will be sorely missed. TNZBH”CH.
known askonim who are experts in medical issues begged them to move the patients to New York, but their advice was vetoed by a choshuv person.
Dovid Frost was completely conscious an in full charge until somebody decided to operate on his knee in Albany. He never woke up from the operation.
I am amazed at some of the ridiculous comments made. Hashem wanted his neshama and we cannot ask any more questions. Baruch Dayan Haemet
Sinna:
What Hatred was posted that could have caused his tragic death? Was it something about him?
Please elaborate, you sound very bitter.

Reply to chochom time, and where is your emunas chachomim in this choshuv person?!
#12. He was taken to Albany Medical Center, not Harris Hospital or some other small local hospital. From what I read the accident happened near exit 23 of the thruway which means it wasn’t far from Albany. You asked why he wasn’t transported downstate? Maybe his condition wasn’t stable enough.
if h-shem wanted his neshamah, why are we asking questions????Baruch Dayin Haemes!!
Is someone investigating the cause of this tragedy and the nature of the doctor involved?
