R’ Yisroel Safran z”l

It is with great sadness that we report the passing of R’ Yisroel Safran z”l.  The levaya will be held tomorrow, Monday, Tzom Gedaliah, at 10 a.m., at Yeshiva Ohr Somayach, located at 142 Route 306 in Monsey, NY.
