Rabbi Heshy Kleiman to Address 8th Yahrtzeit Gathering for Rebbetzin Phyllis Weinberg a”h Tonight

Tonight, the 8th yahrtzeit gather in memory of the unforgettable Rebbetzin Phyllis Weinberg a”h will take place at the Bais Yaakov High School in Toronto. The evening is being presented by the Shmiras Haloshon Organization of Toronto. The gathering, for men and women, will be addressed by Rabbi Heshy Kleiman, author of “Praying With Fire” and “Praying With Fire II.“

Rebbetzin Chaya Feigel Mirel bas Rav Yechiel Efrain Fishel was the wife of Rabbi Shneur Weinberg, principal of the Eitz Chaim Schools for over 40 years.

Rebbetzin Weinberg grew up as one of five daughters in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She left her home to be a pioneering student at Bais Yaakov Seminary in New York. She then dedicated her life to chinuch, first in Detroit and then in Toronto. Along her journey, she was mekarev countless people, made many shidduchim, and founded an organization that promoted shemiras halashon. She was a wonderful example of Torah values, superior middos and selfless service to Hashem.
